The WINE-Ghana Industrial Linkage Program (WINEGH-ILP) is an initiative by Women in Engineering Ghana aimed at connecting female engineering students with valuable industrial attachment opportunities during their academic vacations. This program provides students with hands-on experience, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in real-world engineering environments.

  4. Receive Confirmation Email – An automated email will be sent with details of your application, including an appointment and interview date.
  5. Attend Interview – Engage with industry representatives for selection into the program.
  6. Placement & Onboarding – Successful applicants are placed in partner organizations for their industrial attachment.
