Roundtable Discussion – Living on Purpose

On 27 February 2026, WinE hosted its first roundtable of the year, themed Living on Purpose: Aligning Vision, Values and Goals. Facilitated by Yawa Hansen-Quao, Founder of Leading Ladies Network, the session encouraged members to reflect on the alignment between personal vision and professional direction. It emphasized intentional living, clarity of purpose, and authentic leadership demonstrating WinE’s commitment to holistic growth beyond technical skills.

WinE Forum 2026

At the 56th Annual General Meeting and Engineering Conference in Ho, the Women in Engineering (WinE) Forum turned the spotlight on food security. Two sessions one led by professionals and another showcasing student innovation explored weaknesses in Ghana’s food value chain and how to strengthen it. The message was clear: increasing production alone won’t secure Ghana’s food future if post-harvest losses remain high and women farmers lack access to equipment, finance, and reliable markets.
